Signature Venues are available for overnight rental by McMaster-affiliated faculty and staff, and primarily serve as university spaces, dedicated to supporting internal McMaster events.

106 North is available for daily rental and can accommodate events of up to 75 guests. This beautifully appointed house faces McMaster’s main campus, providing an easy commute for internal event attendees.
106 North includes:
- Fully furnished main floor and upper level.
- Main floor powder room.
- Gourmet kitchen.
- Main floor large kitchen and dining area with permanent boardroom – all equipped with 60” TVs for presentations or entertainment, large family room also TV equipped.
- Access to large covered deck with outdoor furniture and seating for up to 20 guests, newly landscaped terrace and beautiful, professionally maintained gardens.
- Executive Boardroom to accommodate 14 guests.
- Sunroom Dining to accommodate 20 guests at two harvest tables.
- Reception/Networking Lounge to accommodate 10 guests in casual seating (seating for 10, space for more).
- Maximum capacity for any indoor event is 75 guests.
