Signature Venues are available for overnight rental by McMaster-affiliated faculty and staff, and primarily serve as university spaces, dedicated to supporting internal McMaster events.

106 North is available for daily rental and can accommodate events of up to 75 guests. This beautifully appointed house faces McMaster’s main campus, providing an easy commute for internal event attendees.
Existing Venue Setup and Inclusions:
- Fully furnished main floor and upper level with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms (no private bedroom locks)
- Executive boardroom with seating for up to 14 guests
- Sunroom featuring two harvest tables accommodating up to 20 guests
- Lounge with casual seating for up to 10 guests
- Gourmet kitchen
- Two 60″ TVs for presentations or entertainment
- Access to large, covered deck with outdoor furniture
- Parking for up to 5 vehicles
Catering
Food and beverage can be arranged through McMaster Catering Services. Catering menus are available for review online.
