Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why is the reservation non-refundable?
A: Please book only the nights you need so that we can make space available to as many healthcare workers as possible. This is a cost recovery based rate program, and as such we’ve eliminated extra administrative fees and credit card charges to keep the the rate as low as possible.

Q: Why can I only book a maximum of 14 nights?
A: In order to accommodate as many healthcare workers as possible, we’ve implemented minimum and maximum length of stays.

Q: Why is the ‘fine print’ 11 pages long?
A: The ‘fine print’ shared is a slimmed down version of the standard agreement signed by McMaster students living in residence. We share this in advance so we are as clear and transparent as possible of the obligations on all sides.
